Job Title: Senior Systems Integrator

Job Description:

  • To collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and requirements.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
  • Manage contractors' allocation, procurement of materials with Project Manager.

System Installation and Integration:

  • Oversight of security system installation to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
  • Integration of various security systems.
  • Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality.

Technical Support:

  • Address technical & malfunction issues of the system during hangover stage.
  • Provide technical information to Service and Operations Team during handover stage.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare and maintain detailed and accurate documentation of assigned projects.

Client Communication and Training:

  • Assist with system training sessions for clients or end-users on system operations and best practices.

Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure all security systems comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Implement safety protocols during installation and maintenance activities.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in security technology and industry trends.

Team Coordination and Management:

  • Coordinate with Project stakeholders, including subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budgets.

Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure systems meet performance standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Higher Nitec and/or Diploma in Electronics and/or Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in site supervision and coordination with main contractors and subcontractors.
