Senior Systems Integration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Systems Integration Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems integration solutions.

About the Role
  • You will be working with various stakeholders to understand their business requirements and design systems that meet their needs.
  • You will be responsible for configuring and customizing boards, dashboards, and automations to embed business intelligence principles for reporting and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • You will be building and maintaining workflows, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth platform operation.
  • You will be integrating enterprise tools via REST/GraphQL APIs and contributing to digital transformation initiatives.
  • You will be collaborating with vendors as needed to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • You will be providing training and guidance to colleagues on systems and processes to ensure they are understandable to all.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong grasp of RESTful/GraphQL APIs and JSON structures.
  • Experience building and troubleshooting workflows on various platforms.
  • Basic scripting or software development skills for platform extensions.
  • Ability to connect and manage structured data integrations, with understanding of SQL.
  • Familiarity with contributing data from SaaS platforms into cloud-based systems of record (Azure preferred).
  • Excellent problem-solving instincts and communication skills.
  • Team-first attitude and adaptability.
