The business is now entering its scale-up phase (pre-IPO) and is investing in building a repeatable, data-driven growth engine across the region. As part of this transformation, they are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and define the company’s global marketing strategy. Role Overview Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a pivotal executive role responsible for building and scaling the marketing function end-to-end. Marketing has historically been light — you will create the commercial and brand growth engine from the ground up , covering: Demand Generation Product & Solution Marketing Brand Positioning and Thought Leadership Digital & Content Marketing Regional Go-to-Market (GTM) Alignment This role is ideal for a B2B SaaS marketing leader who thrives in fast-moving growth environments and can translate marketing performance into predictable revenue impact. Responsibilities 1. Build and Scale a Revenue Marketing Engine Develop an integrated marketing strategy focused on pipeline creation, demand generation, and CAC efficiency. Design scalable ABM + inbound/outbound growth programs with measurable revenue impact. Partner closely with Sales leadership to align pipeline goals and GTM motions. Work with Product to shape messaging, solution positioning, and adoption strategies. 3. Lead Brand & Market Positioning Define the company narrative and differentiation to build industry trust in long-cycle B2B mobility and logistics sales environments. 4. Build Content & Digital Marketing Foundation Develop content, SEO, and thought leadership strategy to drive awareness and education throughout the buyer journey. 5. Build and Lead the Marketing Organisation Recruit, coach, and scale a high-performing marketing team. Establish strong marketing operations and performance analytics. Manage marketing budgets with clear ROI discipline. Requirements 12+ years in B2B Marketing , with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position (CMO / VP / Head of Marketing level). Experience in SaaS / enterprise software or technology-led solutions is strongly preferred. Proven success building and scaling revenue-focused demand generation engines . Strong understanding of partner/channel marketing , ABM, and GTM execution. Experience operating across Southeast Asia / APAC markets , with appreciation for regional nuances. Ability to build from zero : designing strategy, teams, systems, and operating rhythms. Strategic, commercially-minded leader who is also hands‑on and execution‑driven.
