Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Client Engagement
Expand technology recruitment capabilities across APAC, identify new opportunities, and design tailored hiring solutions with clients.
End-to-End Recruitment Delivery
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, using advanced search techniques and talent mapping.
Candidate Care & Talent Quality
Deliver top technology talent while ensuring strong candidate engagement and experience.
Provide insights on salaries, talent trends, and recruitment best practices to guide client decision-making.
Networking & Brand Building
Strengthen brand presence through industry events and professional networks, creating pipelines of talent and client referrals.
Experience & Skills
Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on core technology practices.
Fully self-sufficient 360 recruiter with ability to open new business opportunities within existing and new customer bases.
Track record of placing senior-level roles across your core Technology specialism.
In-depth knowledge of market trends, client needs, and talent availability in your core practice.
Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Familiarity with recruitment software, ATS/CRM platforms, and advanced sourcing techniques.
