Responsibilities Develop and implement backend services for AI Chatbot products. Build large-scale software systems that can impact the daily lives of millions of customers. Explore and integrate LLM applications to improve chatbot performance and user experience. Upgrade infrastructure and architecture, perform performance tuning, troubleshoot online incidents, and refactor systems. Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code following engineering best practices, guide junior engineers, and share knowledge. Requirements Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience. Over 8 years of professional experience in related fields. Core Java programming skills and willingness to do hands-on coding are essential. Knowledge and experience with Python and collaboration with algorithm engineers. Ability to handle stress and quickly learn new knowledge. Good cross-team communication skills. Familiarity with design patterns and system design to solve common software challenges. Experience with Chatbot & Custom service Bot is a plus. Experience with LLM usage is a plus. Experience with data processing frameworks like Flink/Spark is a plus.
