About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the deployment of cutting-edge software solutions to healthcare providers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, devising sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and building effective relationships with doctors and healthcare partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities by cold calling health care professionals, identify business opportunities, follow up on leads generated and increase revenue.
  • Devise sales strategies and techniques necessary to achieve the sales targets.
  • Achieve sales targets through effective planning and winning customers.
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Build effective business relationships with doctors and healthcare partners.
  • Proactively address concerns/ objections as relayed by health care professionals.
  • Ability to develop a deep and thorough technical understanding of product and promote it accordingly to stakeholders in clinics and hospitals.
  • Understand client's needs and requirements and provide solutions and services to close sales.
  • Deploying the solution inclusive of overseeing user trainings and UAT.
  • Organize group events, conferences, meetings etc for health care professionals to educate and promote products.
  • Work with product development and engineering teams to develop product marketing material and literature to support customer engagements.
  • Work closely with Healthcare Solutions Engineer to fulfill customer's requirements, including product testing.
  • Communicate clients' needs and requirements and translate to documentation to aid product development and engineering teams.
  • Aid in translating commercial strategy for products and services into actionable tasks for product deployment.
  • Develop online and offline marketing and communication materials (website, social media, etc).

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Life/Biomedical Sciences.
  • 3-5 years of prior experience, preferably in a commercial role within a healthcare or life sciences company.
