On behalf of one of its clients in the Product Design & OEM Manufacturing, the French Chamber of Commerce is looking for a Customer support administrator. This company specializes in 3D design, reverse engineering, and OEM product development. With expertise spanning from collectible models to advanced mechanical and electronic items, it focuses on creating innovative and sustainable products. Certified ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and recognized for its eco-responsible practices, the company operates through a hybrid logistics model supporting both efficiency and sustainability. Responsibilities Client & Factory Liaison: Communicate effectively with factories and clients on all project-related matters, ensuring alignment and timely updates. Project Communication: Add relevant contacts to WeChat and WhatsApp groups and share updates promptly. Timeline Management: Track project milestones and prevent delays, including pre-production and production samples, inspections, and shipment dates (ETD). Sample Follow-Up: Check packaging size, design, and quality compliance; monitor corrections and ensure all revised samples are properly updated. Cost & Pricing Updates: Maintain and update cost tables based on factory and client changes, ensuring data accuracy and supervisor review. Purchase Orders: Manage the issuance and follow-up of POs to factories and clients; upload all documents to the appropriate folders. Shipping Coordination: Prepare and upload shipping documents, book couriers, and track sample deliveries. Administrative Support: Provide additional administrative support as needed. Requirements The ideal candidate is: Diligent, precise, and organized, with excellent attention to detail. Proactive and dependable, with strong follow-up skills.
