Responsibilities Perform cGMP manufacturing activities, including cell culture, aseptic processing, viral transduction, and harvest operations. Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment such as incubators, centrifuges, biosafety cabinets, and bioreactors. Execute batch records, SOPs, and work instructions accurately to ensure compliance with quality standards. Monitor critical process parameters and perform in-process sampling and testing. Maintain cleanroom standards by performing routine cleaning and adhering to strict gowning requirements. Perform inventory management for raw materials and equipment consumables. Participate in deviation investigations, change control activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support equipment maintenance and calibration activities. What we're looking for Degree or diploma in Biotechnology, Biological Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience in a GMP manufacturing environment preferred; fresh graduates passionate about CGT are also encouraged to apply. Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and cleanroom operations. Knowledge of Cell Therapy, Gene Therapy, or Biologics manufacturing is an advantage. Ability to work on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule. Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication and collaboration skills.
