We are seeking a qualified professional to plan, deliver, and assess engaging English language lessons for preschool-aged children. The ideal candidate will possess excellent classroom management skills, strong communication abilities, and a genuine love for early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate learning materials, activities, and games to foster language skills in young children.
  • Create a nurturing, supportive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and creativity.
  • Incorporate songs, stories, and play-based methods to enhance language acquisition and promote holistic development.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and stakeholders.
  • Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety according to established policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Care & Education or related field (recognized by ECDA).
  • L1 or L2 teaching certification (Singapore context; adjust if outside Singapore).
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience teaching young children preferred.
  • Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity and ability to adapt lessons to children's varying needs and abilities.
  • Patience, warmth, and a genuine love for early childhood education.
