Engage clients & prospects and conduct technical presentation meetings on Salesforce.com Design robust architectural solutions for enterprise-level Salesforce implementations Shape a digital blueprint and technology roadmap Plan and lead solution delivery requirements gathering, analysis, design, configuration, integration, testing, migration, and deployment Understand pain points of the business and present workable solutions Project manage resources and ensure successful delivery of business implementations Manage Salesforce.com delivery teams, including BAs, Tech Leads, Architects, Developers & QA Define and implement best practices in solution analysis, design, and implementation Document solutions for IT and client reference Take accountability for work package delivery to customer-facing project teams, ensuring timely and quality delivery Ensure all code is peer-reviewed against VISEO standards before deployment to UAT Maintain and publish Salesforce development standards quarterly to technical teams Ensure developers incorporate code review feedback before UAT deployment, with regular training and audits Implement and experience in DevOps practices Act as escalation point for issues, coordinating resolution with relevant teams Participate in regular project reviews, owning technical and solution reviews Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features Adhere to company and project standards and guidelines Manage own time effectively and report accurately Deliver quality work on time Manage multiple projects concurrently Maintain and publish Salesforce development standards quarterly Ensure code review feedback is incorporated prior to UAT deployment, with regular training & audits Experience in implementing DevOps Serve as escalation point for issues, coordinating resolution Participate in project reviews, owning technical & solution reviews Keep up-to-date with Salesforce updates and new functionalities Follow company and project standards Manage time effectively and report accurately Ensure timely and quality deliverables Work on multiple projects simultaneously Profile Minimum Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Engineering At least 8 years of hands-on Salesforce experience with development and solutioning 2-3 years of Architect experience One of the following certifications: Salesforce Application Architect Certification Salesforce System Architect Certification Salesforce Technical Architect Certification Strong analysis and solution design skills Effective presentation and communication skills Practical experience in Salesforce.com consultancy Willingness to travel and work abroad for 2-3 months GDPR MESSAGE: Our privacy policy has been updated to comply with new regulations.
