Overview Salary: Up to $3,500/month + Performance Incentives Employment Type: Full-time Work Days: 5-day work week (including weekends during events)Work Hours: Based on event schedule (e.g. 10am – 7pm / 11am – 8pm)Location: Islandwide (Field-based role)Start Date: Immediate preferred Role Overview: We’re on the lookout for an energetic and persuasive Sales Executive to drive public awareness and enrollment for our training programs. This is a field-based role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys face-to-face engagement, and is passionate about helping individuals upskill and advance their careers. Key Responsibilities Actively promote training programs at roadshows, pop-up booths, and outreach events across Singapore Engage walk-in prospects, understand their upskilling needs, and recommend suitable courses Meet and exceed daily/weekly outreach and sign-up targets Clearly explain course benefits, pathways, and funding schemes Collect, manage, and follow up on leads to support conversion efforts Ensure professional and consistent setup of event booths in line with brand guidelines Submit reports on outreach efforts and share feedback to improve campaign success Requirements Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent qualification Prior experience in roadshows, events, telesales, or customer-facing roles is preferred Confident and approachable personality — comfortable initiating conversations with the public Target-driven mindset with the resilience to handle rejections and keep pushing Willings to work weekends or evenings during peak event periods Why Join?Attractive salary package with performance bonuses Dynamic and fast-paced work environment Make a real difference by helping individuals access lifelong learning opportunities Be part of a passionate and driven outreach team Apply APPLY NOW - or WhatsApp .
