Job Title: Operational Unit Manager

Job Description

As an Operational Unit Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the business unit. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with existing processes and meet defined service level agreements within the unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the business unit to achieve set goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency within the unit.
  • Maintain a high level of staff productivity and efficiency by providing coaching and development programs.
  • Ensure necessary product and process training is provided to all staff on a regular basis.
  • Manage security at the ICAC and ensure effective controls are in place to prevent physical or data security breach incidents.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and/or equivalent professional qualifications. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a management role is required. You must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment. Knowledge of Indian dialects is essential.
