Program Manager – Electronics Components Solution Selling Sunlord Electronics is a leading distributor of electronic components serving customers across Southeast Asia, India, and beyond. We provide innovative component solutions and end-to-end supply chain support to help our customers succeed in a highly competitive electronics market. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead solution selling initiatives and drive business development in Southeast Asia and India for the electronics components market. The role involves identifying, developing, and implementing innovative solution-selling strategies, acquiring new customers, managing procurement of electronic components, and coordinating with internal teams and third‐party partners to deliver complete solutions. This position is based in Singapore and requires close collaboration with multiple regional teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead solution selling initiatives specifically in the electronics components industry and identify new business opportunities in Southeast Asia and India. Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and expand market presence. Collaborate with Sunlord R&D team to adapt existing solutions or co-develop new electronics solutions tailored for local markets. Work with buyer team to manage procurement of electronic components and related raw materials. Coordinate with third‐party partners for outsourced processing , ensuring quality and timely delivery. Oversee end-to-end program management , from solution conceptualization to customer delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally. Track program performance, monitor KPIs, and provide regular reports to senior management. Qualifications: Degree in Engineering or Science or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience. Knowledge and some experience of Systems Engineering preferred. Minimum 3–5 years experience in solution selling, program management, or business development, preferably in the electronics industry. Strong understanding of Southeast Asia and India markets, customer development, and procurement processes. Experience in cross-border collaboration, working with subsidiaries or multiple business units. Proven ability to manage complex programs involving multiple stakeholders and third‐party partners. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of driving projects independently. Strategic thinking and business acumen.
