You will be part of the team in the Records Management department, to lead and strategise the implementation of a records management programme for the Whole-of-Government to enable the efficient creation, use, maintenance, retention, preservation and disposal of public records and the identification and preservation of public records of national or historical significance in line with NLB's mandate under the NLB Act.

Develop, review, and improve NAS' policies, standards and guidelines for records management and preservation for Whole-of-Government, such as the Instruction Manual on Management of Public Records (IM4L).
Work closely with agencies to undertake joint appraisals of records and facilitate the compliant
