Architectural Associate

We are seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Associate to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual with at least 2 years of professional experience to contribute to a diverse range of architectural projects, from conceptual design to construction documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of design concepts and architectural drawings
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for design submissions and regulatory approvals
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the design and construction phases
- Participate in site visits, inspections, and client meetings
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices
- Bachelor/Master's Degree in Architecture or equivalent from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Singapore
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and submission processes
- Good design sense, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong communication and presentation skills
