**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced and motivated architectural associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting project teams with guidance from senior architects/executives.

  • Assist the project team to complete projects on time, according to client and authority's requirements
  • Assist multiple projects concurrently from design stage to project completion under guidance
  • Make submissions to authority and ensure all forms, drawings and BIM models are submitted and liaise with authority for all submission matters as required under the supervision of seniors

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess foundational knowledge in regulatory requirements, aesthetic and design sensibility, technical detailing, contract administration and management, stakeholder management, critical thinking, teamwork, 3D modelling and rendering, and Revit modelling skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for this role, candidates must hold a recognized architecture degree by Board of Architects and be interested in high-rise and landed residential projects in Singapore.
