About This Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant in the APAC President's Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and analyze external trends and data to support business projects.
  • Analyze data and trends to draw insights, develop hypotheses, formulate strategy, and provide recommendations.
  • Draft content for internal and external engagement.
  • Assist in designing agendas and preparing materials for strategic leadership meetings and events.
  • Prepare materials to support discussions with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A high level of intellectual curiosity and passion to challenge the status quo.
  • A keen interest in the people business.
  • Good logical reasoning, problem-solving, and analytical ability.
  • The ability to tell stories and present research and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
  • A strong drive for excellence and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; able to adapt, think, and respond quickly.
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
