Responsibilities Handle routine policy administration and servicing within standard protocols & assigned authority under a straight timeline Equip with good communication & problem-solving skills in handling wide range of after-sales servicing requests (e.g. collateral assignments, change of policy ownership/life insured/ beneficiary, policy surrender and claim, etc.), in a timely, accurate and professional manner Keep data integrity and documentation standards within the CRM system and policy records, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Exhibit positive, supportive behaviour in all interactions with co-workers & line managers Review and update manuals, procedures or operational forms when necessary Assist in ad-hoc projects if needed Requirements To have 1-2 years or above policy administration experience in life insurance.
