Job Description We are seeking a Team Lead, Risk Management to join our team. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the team in monitoring credit and market risks, implementing timely mitigation actions to minimize exposure Review and enhance risk management policies, frameworks, and system workflows in compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices Review and approve credit applications for retail, high-net-worth and institutional clients, ensuring consistency with internal risk appetite and credit policies Evaluate core business processes to identify potential risk exposures and recommend robust control measures Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and due diligence on new product launches and business initiatives Provide risk advisory support to business units, embedding risk considerations into strategic and operational decision-making processes Liaise with auditors and respond to inquiries from external regulatory authorities, including MAS and SGX Our Values Integrity : We hold fast to our value of integrity and attach great importance to user experience and risk management Efficiency : We promise to deliver efficient services and undertake our responsibilities Service : We provide excellent services and prioritize our users' needs Excellence : We strive for excellence in everything we do Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Risk Management, Finance, Mathematics, or a related discipline Over 10 years of experience in securities and derivatives risk management Strong proficiency in margin financing and derivatives products Comprehensive understanding of MAS and SGX regulatory requirements Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken Benefits Be a part of the world's leading digital brokerage firm where growth and career development opportunities are endless Enjoy a competitive total compensation package Comprehensive insurance coverage for employees and dependents Fun loving and diverse work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
