Team Le ad, Risk Management Responsibilities Lead and supervise the team in monitoring credit and market risks, implementing timely mitigation actions to minimize exposure Review and enhance risk management policies, frameworks, and system workflows in compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices Review and approve credit applications for retail, high-net-worth and institutional clients, ensuring consistency with internal risk appetite and credit policies Evaluate core business processes to identify potential risk exposures and recommend robust control measures Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and due diligence on new product launches and business initiatives, working closely with development teams to automate risk controls through system integration Provide risk advisory support to business units, embedding risk considerations into strategic and operational decision-making processes Liaise with auditors and respond to inquiries from external regulatory authorities, including MAS and SGX Our Values Integrity Integrity Story: Say No to Super High Leverage We uphold integrity and prioritize user experience and risk management.
