Description Roles & Responsibilities We are hiring a BIM Coordinator to work full-time at a Water Treatment Plant project located at Tanah Merah, Singapore. The role will work on the digital design, deliverables related to 3D models, and drawings. This is a site-based role on 5.5 working days. Transport is available at Bedok MRT station. Tasks include, but are not limited to: Collaborate with multi-disciplinary stakeholders championing digitalisation strategies, improving project delivery and lifecycle management through optimised data management processes. Managing digital transformation programs to shift stakeholder mindset and enhance the adoption of BIM and digital delivery practices across internal and external teams. Drive the process re-engineering efforts, leveraging solutions to streamline construction management and model verification processes. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with prior experience as a BIM Coordinator. Experience in managing contractors within one project is essential. Relevant experience in large multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects using 3D models. Working experience in process plant and/or wastewater treatment projects will be an added advantage. Proficiency in BIM software such as Bentley, Autodesk, and similar software. Knowledge of Bentley AECOsim/Open Buildings/Open Plant software will be an added advantage. The advertised salary is all-in. The actual offer will depend on the technical competencies and interpersonal skills to perform the required tasks.
