What you will be working on Digital Economy Products (DEP) is a division within GovTech run like a modern product company, solving important underserved problems spanning across Healthcare, Manpower, Trade-Industry-Finance, National Development and Sustainability sectors. Product Managers at DEP are key to our success. They lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, designers and researchers and are ultimately responsible for product outcomes. They show exceptional clarity of thought, and this is reflected in their written and verbal communication skills. They lead through influence and use hard evidence, reputation and relationships to create stakeholder alignment. Responsibilities Partner closely with the Lead Product Manager on the overall project planning and delivery. Lead a product squad by defining the squad roadmap, setting OKRs, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring delivery of high-quality outcomes. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. business and compliance teams) and external vendors to ensure smooth planning, alignment, and systems integration. Shape and improve the product development process by identifying gaps, driving best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Be ultimately accountable for delivering meaningful outcomes and public value through the squad's work. What we are looking for 3–8 years of experience in a Product Management role Mastery of core product management fundamentals from discovery to delivery. Strong technical understanding, particularly around system integration and data workflows in complex IT environments. Sharp product sense with the ability to simplify complexity, make trade-offs, and prioritize effectively under constraints. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse groups and communicate clearly with senior leadership, agencies, and vendors. Experience with enterprise products and/or public sector will be an advantage.
