美容院经理

月薪:底薪 $5,555 + 高额提成

我们是一家高端美容院,致力于为客户提供专业、优质的美容服务。诚聘 美容院经理 一名,期待您的加入,与我们共同成长

岗位职责:

1. 全面负责美容院的日常运营和管理,提升店面业绩。

2. 制定并实施销售计划,带领团队达成业绩目标。

3. 培训及激励员工,打造优秀的服务团队。

4. 维护客户关系,提升客户满意度与忠诚度。

任职要求:

1。有 2年以上美容行业管理经验,熟悉美容产品和服务流程。

2。优秀的销售能力及团队管理经验,具备强烈的责任感与执行力。

3。善于沟通和协调,能够处理突发问题。
