Beauty Salon Manager

Monthly Salary: Base $5,555 + Attractive Commission

We are a high-end beauty salon committed to providing professional and premium beauty services. We are seeking a Beauty Salon Manager to join our team and grow with us

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily operations and management of the salon, driving business performance.
  2. Develop and implement sales plans to achieve team targets.
  3. Train, motivate, and manage staff to build an outstanding service team.
  4. Maintain customer relationships and enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years of management experience in the beauty industry, with knowledge of beauty products and service processes.
  2. Strong sales skills and team management experience, with a strong sense of responsibility and execution.
  3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to handle unexpected situations.

任职要求:

1。有 2年以上美容行业管理经验,熟悉美容产品和服务流程。

2。优秀的销售能力及团队管理经验,具备强烈的责任感与执行力。

3。善于沟通和协调,能够处理突发问题。
