Sales Director – Solution Sales, Institutional Business Responsibilities: 1. Client Acquisition & Business Development Identify, pitch, and onboard fund managers (hedge funds, long-only, PE/VC) and EAMs into moomoo’s institutional platform. Develop strategic partnerships and distribution pipelines across Southeast Asia. 2. Relationship Management Serve as the primary relationship lead for assigned institutional clients. Deepen client engagement through regular reviews, idea generation, and product advisory. 3. Product & Solutioning Advisory Work closely with product, operations, and tech teams to offer customized trading, custody, and investment solutions. Drive adoption of moomoo's offering in equities, fixed income, funds, structured products, and digital assets. 4. Market & Competitive Intelligence Monitor evolving trends in fund and EAM needs, regulatory landscape, and competitor offerings. Propose enhancements to service models, platform capabilities, and client tools. 5. Cross-functional Collaboration Lead cross-department coordination for onboarding, compliance, and operational support. Provide feedback to internal teams to shape product roadmap and client experience improvements.
