Key Responsibilities Craft hand-tied bouquets and floral arrangements with confidence and care Provide warm, personalised service to walk-in customers Offer basic wedding consultations and handle event enquiries professionally Assist with event setups and simple floral installations when required Maintain store cleanliness, floral displays, and stock organisation Operate POS systems and handle daily sales transactions accurately Support housekeeping duties and ensure a welcoming store environment What We’re Looking For Communicates clearly, confidently, and respectfully with customers Listens well and can offer thoughtful product recommendations Remains calm and patient when handling complaints or busy periods Works well with others and is always ready to lend a hand when needed Maintains a professional, clean appearance at all times Is detail-oriented and takes pride in keeping the store neat and organised Is adaptable, resilient, and able to take on varied duties as required Requirements Prior experience in floral arrangement or retail floristry is preferred Able to work independently to create bouquets and floral designs Comfortable handling wedding / event enquiries and simple setups Able to work weekends, public holidays, and stand for extended hours Experience with POS systems and basic technology is an advantage Willingness to learn and grow with a positive, can-do attitude Interested applicants are invited to apply online with a comprehensive resume stating experience, qualification, current & expected salary via QUICK APPLY.
