Full-time and Permanent positions available

Retail hours: 10am -7pm and 1pm to 10pm, weekday and weekends. (5 day rotating workweek)

Key Responsibilities:
Offer expert guidance to customers on selecting the perfect flowers, discussing pricing options, and assisting with customizations.
Maintain the freshness and appearance of our flower and plant inventory through regular housekeeping and care.
Acquire floral design skills to craft beautiful bouquets and arrangements available for immediate purchase.
Prepare and deliver floral bouquets for customer orders promptly, ensuring top-notch quality.
Handle opening and closing duties with efficiency, including cashiering responsibilities.

Additional Information:
No prior florist experience is necessary; this position is open to entry-level applicants.
This role requires the ability to thrive under pressure and work independently, but you won't be alone in your journey
We're looking for individuals with a well-groomed and outgoing personality, complemented by exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills are a plus, and we're excited to help you grow your skills in this aspect as well.
