What You'll Do Lead and assist in sports/fitness sessions (warm-ups, activities, classes, or group coaching). Create a fun, safe, and motivating environment for participants of all ages. Support event days (e.g. birthdays, team-building, special activations)Ensure service areas and activity spaces are clean, safe, and guest-ready. Act as a brand ambassador, delivering memorable customer experiences. We are looking for someone who has leadership, management experience or has been a team lead / supervisor. What We're Looking For Background in sports, fitness, or coaching (experience with kids or recreational coaching a plus). High energy, people-focused, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and events. Training is provided Bonus: certifications in coaching, fitness, We are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial minded - it would be like running your own business as you would be responsible for bottom line responsibilities.
