We are looking for an experienced AI Solutions Architect to drive innovation in our AI Services team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced AI Agentic Solutions that exhibit autonomous, proactive, and adaptive behaviors.

This role requires a deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, integration, automation experience, and solution architecture, combined with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement agent-based AI solutions that are intelligent, adaptive, and efficient.
  • Develop techniques that enable large language models (LLMs) to reliably generate and manage complex behaviors.
  • Act as a technical expert with strong skills in advising, troubleshooting, and solution analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand business requirements and provide technical guidance on Workato's AI capabilities.
  • Customize and optimize Workato AI solutions to meet specific client needs, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Build and maintain robust, scalable AI-powered IT automation workflows.
  • Continuously monitor AI system performance and implement improvements to ensure efficiency and fault tolerance.
  • Communicate technically complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate AI workflows within existing IT and enterprise architecture frameworks.
  • Ensure AI-driven automation aligns with industry standards and enterprise IT best practices.
  • Demonstrate AI-powered solutions to support sales, solution engineering, and customer success teams.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Technical Experience

  • 10+ years of total experience in technology design, development, and implementation.
  • Proven track record in AI engineering, with emphasis on agent-based architectures and systems.
  • Experience designing and deploying scalable AI-driven automation workflows for enterprise IT environments.
  • Hands-on expertise in integration technologies, middleware, enterprise messaging, APIs, SOA, ESB, BPM, SDKs, and database systems.
  • 5+ years of experience working with integration platforms is a strong advantage.
