We pledge to make Eastspring a place where you can Connect, Grow and Succeed...We are seeking digitally fluent marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and can lead innovative multi-channel campaigns across Asia.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES* Support the development and implementation of the regional marketing strategy to win new and retain existing business across our different markets and client segments.* Collaborate closely with our local business units and Singapore-based shared resources to plan and execute regional multi-channel product campaigns and roadshows to increase brand and product visibility and strengthen engagement to contribute directly to our business objectives.* Lead digital media activations (organic and paid) across search, social, and display - promoting our brand, products, thought leadership, and corporate messaging.* Support the planning and execution of small- and large-scale client events that drive ongoing engagement.* Collaborate with investment content and digital marketing teams to help syndicate our macro views and thought leadership content to maximise reach and impact with our target audiences across our markets.* Track and analyse the effectiveness of our regional marketing initiatives, applying data-driven insights to continuously improve outcomes.* Collaborate with our media agency and local business units to systematically monitor, analyse, and report on competitors’ marketing strategies, campaigns, and tactics—contributing actionable insights to our market intelligence efforts.* Help to source for quality and unique premiums and manage the production and inventory process effectively.----------------------------------------------EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS* A digital-first marketer with a proven track record in orchestrating integrated, multi-channel strategies by leveraging organic and paid media, events, and social platforms* At least 5 years of experience in the financial services business in marketing, or product communication – preferably in a regional role.* University degree in Business, Marketing, Banking, Finance or equivalent.* Strong verbal communication skills, able to communicate with people from different levels across our markets in Asia.* Good knowledge of the full range of marketing disciplines such as advertising, digital, social media and events.* Able to work independently, excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.* Able to manage and prioritise multiple projects to meet deadlines.ATTRIBUTES* Self-starter with the ability to use your own initiative and work independently.* Excellent team player who can build strong relationships through effective communication.* You should be highly motivated and able to manage multiple projects within strict deadlines.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with a hands-on implementation mentality.* Creative, detail-oriented and collaborative. **Eastspring is an equal opportunity employer.**We provide equality of opportunity of benefits for all who apply and who perform work for our organisation irrespective of sex, race, age, ethnic origin, educational, social and cultural background, marital status, pregnancy and maternity, religion or belief, disability or part-time / fixed-term work, or any other status protected by applicable law.
