By applying for our job opportunities, you're joining a strategic effort to enhance Singapore's Precision Engineering landscape Job Summary We seek a hands‐on Maintenance Engineer to ensure peak operational performance of our CNC machining centers, EDM equipment, and facility systems. You'll combine technical expertise with preventive/predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime in our aerospace production environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Equipment Maintenance & Reliability Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on CNC machines (5-axis mills, lathes, grinders – Mazak, DMG Mori, etc.)Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on EDM machines (Wire/Sinker – AgieCharmilles, Mitsubishi)Maintain auxiliary systems (coolant filtration, compressed air, hydraulics)Implement predictive maintenance (vibration analysis, thermal imaging)Reduce MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) through rapid troubleshooting 2. Process Improvement Lead OEE improvement projects for critical equipment Design/maintain maintenance schedules in CMMS (e.g., SAP PM, Fiix)Collaborate with production to minimize unscheduled downtime 3. Technical Leadership Train technicians on advanced troubleshooting techniques Specify replacement parts/spares for aerospace-grade equipment Interface with OEMs for warranty claims/technical support 4. Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and aerospace standards Maintain lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures for all equipment Document maintenance activities per AS9100 requirements Qualifications & Experience Required: Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent experience)3+ years maintenance experience in precision manufacturing Expertise in CNC/EDM machine repair (spindles, ball screws, servo drives)Expertise in PLC troubleshooting (Siemens, Fanuc, Mitsubishi)Expertise in hydraulic/pneumatic systems Preferred: Aerospace industry experience Certifications: CRP, CMRP, or PLC programming Robotics/automation integration knowledge The Talent People 24C2589#J-18808-Ljbffr
