Role Summary and Impact This role will directly contribute to regional growth in APAC, aligning with our global strategy of innovation and excellence. With 12,000+ employees spanning 16 culturally diverse markets, we thrive on the strength of local expertise, unified by a global vision, to deliver impactful solutions for our clients We are currently looking for a Regional Senior Manager to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for operating as a key member of our APAC Media team, working closely with specialist units such as strategic planning, performance and digital team to develop integrated communication solutions for clients. Skills and Experience Lead the implementation of global media principles, including assisting and training markets to achieve compliance, manage exemptions, and provide clarifications. Lead and monitor monthly media investments across all markets via a tracking platform, including reporting and updating key stakeholders. Lead Quarterly Media Reviews with support of the team, including coordination of the agenda, providing and checking analysis, and making relevant recommendations for action plans. Lead quarterly reporting of assets’ performance with creative tracking tool alongside the creative agency for regional stakeholders, including providing training for markets to upskill as part of regional capability enablement. Lead the adoption and introduction of proprietary planning tools across all markets teams. Assist the Media Hub Lead in the preparation of the APAC Quarterly Business Review, and follow up on action plans. Support the APAC Media Hub Lead with Media Audits and subsequently
