The Project Executive is a highly driven individual who will be part of the project delivery team which fronts customers directly. The Project Manager is required to have broad experience and knowledge across network technologies. The Project Executive should have proven track records in areas of Project Management and Stakeholder Management. Being familiar and knowledgeable in IT Service Management, IT Security Management and IT Security Compliance & QA Management will be an added advantage. Responsibilities You will be acting on behalf of a key public sector client of NCS and representing the client as you carry out the following activities. (The list serves as a general guide and is not exhaustive.)Engage the client’s IT users directly in project delivery matters and schedules, including fronting presentations to the IT users across the organization Schedule onsite visits and delivery of project implementations with the client’s IT users. Manage the IT infrastructure project services delivery team(s) of the incumbent vendor (NCS)Perform monitoring, tracking and reporting of projects to the client’s management Govern the vendor’s (NCS) project delivery execution to ensure compliance to client’s and IT users’ IT and security policies and directives Govern the vendor’s (NCS) project delivery schedules to ensure timely project delivery Review and govern the vendor’s (NCS) project deliverables (e.g., presentations, service reports, project reports, technical documentation) – this includes ensuring thoroughness and quality of vendor’s project and technical documentation Proactively identify opportunities for further expansion or improvement of project services delivery to the customer and liaise with the
