As a Project Executive you will coordinate the schedule, the budget and the issues and risks of the project. He/she will ensure the project is well-organized and that it runs smoothly. This includes communicating with various departments & teams in the organization to ensure sure everyone is on the same page. You will need to excel in a fast-paced, challenging work environment and must be comfortable in a stressful atmosphere.

What will you do?

  • Ensure the team members has the tools they need to execute the project.
  • Creates project schedules, with milestones, due dates and estimates for materials that are required and other resources, such as team members, which will then be submitted to project manager management for review/approval.
  • Coordinate the documentation of each phase of the project, as well as making summary reports that will be presented to the PM and project steering committee team.
  • Attentive to details and capable to leverage tools to drive productivity and up-to-date accurate representation of the project information (progress, tasks, deliverables, financial etc).
  • Assist or facilitate every aspect of the project with the PM to stay on-track or ahead of information communication, processing orders, executing workstreams / requests and documentation repository.
  • Lead assigned tasks without supervision. Be absolutely dependable.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • at least 1 to 3 years of project administration experience in the development, implementation and support of IT Infrastructure projects
  • Self-motivated with a positive "can-do" attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques.
  • Able to develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationship
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Able to travel to customer sites locally as required
