Job Description:

As a Sales Engineer, your primary goal is to establish and grow a strong customer network for industrial automation products. Key sectors include Semiconductor, Life Science, Automation/Robotics, Food and Beverage, Metalworking, and Packaging.

  • Develop and expand customer base for industrial automation solutions.
  • Acquire and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in target industries.
  • Provide technical consultations, product recommendations, and tailored solutions based on client needs.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, trials, and proof of concept (POC) at customer sites.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and application teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and regularly report on pipeline development and market opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you must have a degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Automation, or a related field. Proven sales experience in sensors & control, IO-Link, RFID, or industrial automation solutions is essential. Familiarity with key industrial applications and factory environments is highly valued.
