This role is pivotal in establishing a robust production pipeline and developing a comprehensive budget from the ground up. The project is rooted in the Gulf region but is designed to meet western production standards, offering a unique opportunity to shape a high‐quality animated series. The position is fully remote, providing flexibility while collaborating with a creative and ambitious team. Responsibilities Build and implement an efficient production pipeline tailored to a 2D animated short format Develop a detailed production budget from scratch, ensuring alignment with project goals and industry benchmarks Collaborate closely with the director and creative leads to define workflow, schedules, and resource allocation Oversee the coordination of remote teams, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of milestones Identify and mitigate production risks, proactively resolving challenges as they arise Ensure all production processes adhere to both regional and international standards Skills And Requirements Proven experience as a line producer or production manager on animated shorts or series, preferably with international or cross‐cultural teams Strong expertise in building animation production pipelines and budgeting for 2D projects Deep understanding of western animation production standards and workflows Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills Proficiency with industry‐standard production management tools and software Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage distributed teams High attention to detail, problem‐solving mindset, and adaptability to evolving project needs Availability to start immediately and commit to the project timeline About Twine Twine is a leading freelance marketplace connecting top freelancers, consultants, and contractors with companies needing creative and tech expertise.
