Job Opportunity: In Process Quality Assurance Specialist ">
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of In Process Quality Assurance specialist in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting failure analysis on products to identify root causes and compiling comprehensive reports to inform relevant processes.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Perform thorough failure analysis on products to determine root causes of failure.
- Generate detailed technical reports of findings and share with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain and oversee calibration of analysis tools and equipment.
- Responsible for daily tracking and updating of Failure Analysis cases for further review.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in the Analysis room.
- Collaborate with Quality engineers to manage non-conformance product handling.
- Provide analytical support for non-conformance product processing.
- Assist Quality engineers in managing CAPA (Correction Action and Preventive Action) processing.
- Contribute to quality improvement activities.
Requirements:
">- Degree in Mechatronic, Robotics, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
- Familiarity with Failure Analysis is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to work as part of a team.
- Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Able to work in a clean room environment with controlled humidity levels.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
