What You'll Be Doing

  • As our Influencer Manager, you will be the direct link between Melbet and the online creators who drive awareness and engagement.
  • You'll take full ownership of outreach, activation, and performance across multiple platforms.
  • Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with influencers on YouTube, Twitch, Kick, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Manage onboarding processes and act as the main point of communication and support.
  • Track content performance through metrics such as reach, engagement rate, and conversions.
  • Maintain clean and up-to-date records using CRM tools and Google Sheets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional tasks including design, landing pages, and technical requests.
  • Monitor campaign execution, optimize as needed, and deliver clear, actionable reports.

What Success Looks Like

  • Reach out to 10–15 new influencers each day
  • Successfully onboard at least 2 new influencers each week
  • Deliver consistent, data-driven campaign performance and reporting

Who We're Looking For

  • We're seeking someone with more than just experience — we're looking for ownership, initiative, and drive.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in industries such as iGaming, online betting, forex, crypto, or other performance-based digital sectors
  • Solid knowledge of affiliate and influencer marketing practices
  • Comfortable working with performance metrics such as engagement rate, reach, and conversion rate
  • Strong communication skills with a persuasive, sales-oriented mindset
  • Critical thinker who can analyze performance and make sound decisions
  • Able to manage workflows independently and see projects through from start to finish
  • Team player who values feedback and continuous improvement
  • Native proficiency in Malay, Conversational English (B1–B2 level or higher) and Mandarin(not required but nice to have)
