Who are we looking for?Currently, there is an increase in demand for junior lawyers with general corporate and commercial experience and/or banking & finance experience. We are on the look-out for legally trained individuals with the following attributes and requirements: 1 to 5 years+ PQE Experienced in advising on general corporate & commercial matters Experienced in drafting, reviewing and negotiating corporate & commercial agreements And/or experienced in general banking and finance matters, securities, loans, derivatives, etc. Be commercially minded, have the ability to hit the ground running and manage relationships with all levels of a business Be available to commence at a short notice Have a hands-on, adaptable approach What sets us apart?The life of an LOD lawyer is like no other.
