As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing an assigned section of the kitchen and ensuring every dish meets our Michelin-level standards of quality, taste, and presentation. Responsibilities Culinary Execution Prepare and execute dishes with consistency, precision, and care. Maintain high standards of mise en place, cooking techniques, and plating. Work closely with the Sous Chef to ensure smooth service operations. Section Management Take full ownership of your assigned section. Ensure all mise en place is ready and that your station operates efficiently during service. Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with hygiene standards at all times. Collaboration and Teamwork Work cohesively with other kitchen sections to ensure seamless communication and timing during service. Support and assist junior team members through guidance and mentorship. Uphold professionalism, discipline, and respect within the kitchen brigade. Quality and Standards Uphold the restaurant's culinary philosophy and aesthetic in every dish. Assist in quality control of ingredients and finished products. Follow strict hygiene and food safety protocols as per Singapore Food Agency (SFA) regulations. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in fine dining or Michelin-level kitchens. Solid foundation in classical and modern cooking techniques. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure. Excellent time management and communication skills.
