Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Support Worker to join our team in delivering high-quality care to young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nurturing support to children with daily care routines, ensuring their safety, dignity, and well-being at all times.
  • Monitor children for any signs of discomfort, illness, or developmental concerns and report to the teaching staff when necessary.
  • Assist teachers in setting up learning materials, managing transitions, and maintaining a tidy classroom environment.
  • Support during meals, naptime, and outdoor play activities.
  • Communicate effectively with teachers and staff to ensure consistent care and support for each child.
  • Maintain accurate records of child development and progress.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual who is passionate about working with children and making a positive contribution to their development.

  • Relevant childcare certification or experience
  • Comfortable and experienced with caring for young children, including diaper changing and hygiene routines.
  • Patient, nurturing, and trustworthy with a genuine love for working with children.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • English language proficiency
