Overview We are looking for a passionate and professional Senior Executive Officer to join our Draw & Result Operations team to perform lottery draw, lottery draw video production, sports resulting/settlement duties and dissemination of results successfully. Based in Singapore and reporting to the Senior Manager, the incumbent will have the day-to-day responsibility of ensuring integrity for all draws, content production and resulting/settlement are carried out in a fair, accurate and timely manner in compliance with the established procedures and standards. However, we also recognize that each individual has a unique blend of skills. Whether your strength is operations or video production/editing , we want to talk to you. What You'll Do You will perform lottery pre-draw preparation, conduct draw and post production. You will operate customized lottery mechanical machinery, lottery stream system and video editing software. You will create, edit, and publish high-quality video content that aligns with our brand. You will utilize analytics tools (example YouTube Analytics) to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. You will validate and disseminate content and results to various platforms, including social media platforms. You will need to monitor sports matches while they are being played and verify the winning selections calculations and logic. You will need to analyze lottery and sports data. You will conduct monthly maintenance for draw equipment, draw balls and audio equipment and ensure all equipment are in good working condition. You will act as the Team Lead during the shift hours you are rostered to. Who You Are You have a Bachelor''s degree in any discipline, preferably video production, video editing, or the equivalent. You should have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant working experience. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office, vMix, and DaVinci Resolve. You should have basic data analytics knowledge. You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You are interested in sports (e.g. football and motor racing) and have knowledge of sports and lottery products. You should be able to work on weekends, Public Holidays and perform shift hours, including night shift.
