Roles & Responsibilities

**Job Role Description**:

- Manage Building Information Modelling (BIM) technologies and workflows throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify high-value BIM uses during the project planning, design, construction and operational phases
- Develop the BIM execution plan and propose how various BIM tools could be used in a BIM project
- Review BIM deliverables in adherence to legal and contractual requirements
- Manage BIM documentation and review accuracy of documentation of BIM processes
- Involve and lead in checking and coordination of Shop drawings and as-built drawings with all respective trades (e.g. Architectural, Structural, MEP and Specialist Subcontractors works)
- Able to prepare and monitor the progress of Shop drawings and Sample schedule with procurement schedule
- Review project specifications, Shop drawings, and technical clarifications
- Manage submission and approvals of Shop drawings and Samples from Consultants.
- Manage receipt and issuance of all Consultant drawings and Shop drawings.
- Liaise and coordinate with working partners, Consultants, Authorities, and Subcontractors during the construction phase.
- Attend/Lead technical meeting/Site meetings with working partners; Consultant, Authorities, and subcontractors
- Rectify any technical and coordination issue surface within the Project team and any related working partners
**Job Requirements**:

- Recognised Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in drawing coordination and management in the Singapore Construction Industry
- Well-versed in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM software in Architectural/Structural/MEP.
- Knowledge of BIM standards and implementation strategies
- Possesses strong analytical and management skills who can lead the team in the delivery of the projects and resolve issues that arise throughout the projects.
- Conversant in Singapore Construction Industry regulations
