Job Title: Training and Development Professional

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Training and Development Professional to support staff development and ensure smooth learning journeys through digital tools.

Key Responsibilities: Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Design and manage self-sourced courses, including setup and processing.
  • Act as the main administrator for LEARN, resolving technical issues and supporting staff access.
  • Oversee course registrations, ensuring accurate records.
  • Liaise with vendors on course confirmations, cancellations, and postponements.
  • Support procurement processes and prepare training documents.
  • Maintain LEARN accounts and upload content.
  • Extract and clean data to support Tableau dashboards, generating reports and insights.
  • Review workflows and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Manage exit clearance checks and provide advice in line with policy.
  • Support logistics for workshops and maintain documentation.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Familiarity with Tableau dashboards and Workday will be advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and a strong team player.
  • Open to Singaporeans only.
