Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement & Sales Conversion
Greet, engage, and build rapport with walk-in customers to create a warm, welcoming experience.
Understand customer needs, preferences, and lifestyle to recommend tailored furniture and home solutions.
Drive sales conversions across multiple touchpoints including in-store, chat, email, and phone inquiries.
Follow up with customers to build relationships and encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
2. Product Knowledge & Solution Selling
Develop deep knowledge of IUIGA's furniture and home collections to provide informed recommendations.
Guide customers on design choices such as materials, color palettes, and space planning.
Confidently present solutions that balance style, functionality, and budget.
3. Customer Care & Problem Solving
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
Proactively resolve concerns or issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Support IUIGA's customer-first culture by delivering consistent, positive interactions.
4. Store Operations & Standards
Contribute to store excellence by maintaining showroom presentation and visual standards.
Assist in stock management including receiving, issuing, and monthly stocktake accuracy.
Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth daily store operations.
What You'll Bring
Prior experience in retail sales, ideally in furniture, home décor, or lifestyle categories.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; approachable and empathetic with a natural ability to connect with people.
Passion for delivering great customer experiences and building long-term relationships.
A positive, high-energy attitude with a proactive mindset.
Comfort with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and retail POS systems.
