Roles & Responsibilities Duration / Working Hours 1-year contract (1 January 2026 – 31 December 2026), with an option to extend for another year Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am – 4:30pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break) Fridays: 7:00am – 4:00pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break) No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays Job Scope Manage, maintain, and operate AV/ICT systems, including PA, broadcast, sound, and projector systems Provide technical support for lessons, events, assemblies, CCAs, meetings, and examinations Conduct training for students on PA and broadcast system operations Maintain AV inventory, usage records, and equipment loans Schedule and program the PA system, including daily chime operations Support building maintenance and sustainability initiatives (e.g., air-conditioning scheduling, system monitoring, and reporting) Provide administrative and operational assistance as assigned by the HOD (ICT) and Operations Manager Requirements Minimum GCE N- or O-Level qualification Proficient in AV setup, operations, and broadcast systems Strong IT knowledge with good troubleshooting skills Preferably with experience working in a school environment Familiar with system programming and monitoring Possess good interpersonal, planning, and analytical skills Able to multitask and work independently By submitting your resume and/or personal data, you hereby consent to Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd collecting, using, and disclosing such information to our clients and business partners strictly for the purposes of assessing your suitability for employment opportunities and for the provision of related recruitment and placement services.
