  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in trade marketing or FMCG industry, with a strong track record of success in working with sales teams and retailers.

  • They will possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions that drive business growth.

  • A strong organizational and multitasking ability is required, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in using marketing tools and office software.

  • The selected candidate will also need to demonstrate cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and teams.

  • Project management experience would be advantageous, as would the ability to travel when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

  • Work closely with the sales team and business development team to develop and implement sales promotions.

  • Develop and execute trade marketing plans and strategies to drive brand visibility and sales growth.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors.

  • Plan and implement in-store promotions, displays, and other marketing activities.

  • Plan, organize, and participate in trade shows to promote the brand, showcase products, and generate leads.

  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports on trade marketing activities and performance, and present findings to management.

  • Coordinate with internal departments, including sales, marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth execution of projects and orders.
