Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and resourceful professional to assume the role of Strategic Business Development Associate. In this position, you will play a critical part in managing the operations of our organization and overseeing the Founder's investment portfolio.
Main Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight
- Oversight of order processing and management of office operations, vendor coordination, and support functions.
- Coordination with nominee directors, corporate secretaries, and accountants across ASEAN.
- Assistance with medical device registration dossiers with regulatory authorities across Southeast Asia.
- Management of Alcotech's global drug and alcohol testing programs.
- Wealth Management Support
- Tracking and monitoring investment portfolios, financial reports, and performance updates.
- Liaising with financial advisors, bankers, and stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Conducting research and preparing concise briefs on new business and investment opportunities.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training and mentorship will be provided.
- A strong interest in business strategy and investments is essential.
- Comfort with numbers and financial data is required.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities are necessary.
- The ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism is crucial.
