Admin Assistant

  • Maintaining employee records (leave and attendance).
  • Assisting in recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and work pass/visa applications and renew.
  • Manage office supplies and vendor services.
  • Handle logistics such as transportation, lunch arrangements, dormitory coordination, and vehicle administration. Oversee general office administration including filing, communication support, and basic IT coordination to ensure smooth daily operations.

Logistics Coordinator

  • Freight bookings (sea/air) and courier service bookings
  • Lorry/crane scheduling as needed
  • Coordinate shipping documentation - Create Airwaybill, Accounts to prepare Commercial/Proforma Invoice, Store to prepare Packing List.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders to obtain shipping quotes and confirm schedules for shipments
  • Liaise with clients to schedule shipments, deliveries or pickups
  • Forklift Maintenance,
  • Order packaging supplies as needed
  • Issue PR/PO for freight invoices
  • Track shipments & ensure timely delivery
