Roles & Responsibilities Role Purpose: The Integration Project Manager will manage end-to-end vendor integrations, from post-procurement onboarding to production go-live, across multiple regions. You will ensure integrations are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with technical and business requirements. While the majority of the role focuses on project execution , there is a growth path into strategic prioritization , where you will provide input on which integrations deliver the highest business value and help shape the integration roadmap. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of vendor integrations: line application, credentials, API setup, acceptance testing, and go-live. Coordinate across product, tech, and operations teams to ensure integrations meet business and technical requirements. Maintain comprehensive documentation, timelines, and dashboards for all integrations. Track risks, dependencies, and blockers, escalating as needed. Ensure post-launch validation and monitor vendor performance. (Growth focus) Provide insights on integration impact, assist in prioritization, and advise on high-value integrations. Key Performance Metrics: Timely completion of integrations per roadmap Accuracy and completeness of integration documentation Reduction in integration errors or rework Vendor performance and uptime post-launch Internal stakeholder satisfaction with integration readiness Contribution to prioritization decisions over time Qualifications & Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in project management, technical delivery, or vendor integrations Experience with API-based integrations, software onboarding, or system coordination Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills Comfortable managing multiple integrations across regions simultaneously Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently while escalating issues appropriately Familiarity with SaaS platforms, digital products, or technology integrations preferred Personal Attributes: Structured and detail-oriented with a focus on delivery Proactive problem-solver, calm under pressure Strong communicator, collaborative, and accountable Curious about business impact and able to provide informed recommendations Motivated to grow from execution into strategic influence How to Succeed in this Role : Maintain full visibility of all active vendor integrations and dependencies Deliver integrations on time and to specification Keep documentation and dashboards accurate and up-to-date Proactively remove blockers and support smooth handoffs Contribute insights and recommendations on prioritization as you gain experience Tell employers what skills you have OwnershipScrumAgileProduct Lifecycle ManagementProject ManagementAttention to DetailAccountabilityCommunication SkillsProduct LifecycleProject Delivery
